Jovon Yanez
Co-Founder & Managing Member — Acquisitions & Investor Relations
Jovon Yanez is a proud native of Los Angeles, rooted in a family legacy that spans three generations. His deep connection to LA and passion for his community inspired him to enter the real estate industry at 17. Jovon began his career in construction, gaining invaluable insight into homes and luxury properties. He further expanded his expertise by working at an investment firm, where he became an acquisition specialist and collaborated with top-producing agents, sharpening his negotiation and deal-making skills.
Jovon is a seasoned real estate professional and investor with a strong track record in acquisitions, wholesaling, and portfolio growth. As the leader of REIN Capital's acquisition strategy, capital structuring, and investor relations, he leverages a decade of experience to identify undervalued assets and transform them into high-performing investments.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jovon's personal journey is marked by resilience and dedication. A devoted husband and father, family is at the heart of his motivation. A servant to his community, Jovon donates to nonprofits such as Unchained and serves at his local church — embodying the value of giving more than receiving. He approaches every client relationship with trust, integrity, and a relentless drive to exceed expectations.
Ryan Kirby
Co-Founder & Managing Member — Strategic Acquisitions & Lending
Ryan Kirby is a proud Southern California native whose journey into real estate was anything but conventional. After earning his B.A. in History and Political Science from Cal State Long Beach, Ryan spent three years as a high school history teacher before following his entrepreneurial instincts. He co-founded a successful garage door company before earning his real estate license in 2004 and diving headfirst into investment properties.
In 2018, Ryan expanded his skill set by becoming a licensed mortgage broker, offering clients full-spectrum service in both real estate and financing. With a passion for strategic growth, he launched a portfolio of short-term rental properties in 2023 and co-founded REIN Capital in 2024 alongside Jovon Yanez. At REIN, Ryan focuses on strategic acquisitions, investor relations, and building a dynamic team dedicated to finding, funding, and flipping properties across California and beyond.
Ryan's guiding principle in business is simple: "Your success is our success." He leads with integrity, serves with purpose, and builds relationships rooted in transparency and long-term impact. In his personal life, Ryan is driven by his wife Alicia and their two kids, Faith and Dylan.
